Lubuntu Wiki & Docs Team - Contributors needed

There are other important stuff to add. For instance, describing manual
partitioning, which is not mentioned in the Ubuntu one.

Responsibilities will be delegated as they come. I am not entirely sure
about what we will need in the future, but as they come, we'll take care of
that within the team.
