BR:

Added "radeon.agpmode=-1" to the append line . . . as "video=ofonly" was
***already there***?? But, that didn't seem to be "recognized" until I
added it in second window, i.e., "Linux video=ofonly radeon.agpmode=-1"???
The freezing problem remained when I just used "radeon.agpmode=-1" . . .

And, on reboot, I'm able to type this email . . . so, looks good. GUI is
very clear, things just seem to be happening a tad slowly . . . .

Only other issue of minor concern . . . no "b43-legacy driver" is found in
software updates "additional drivers" . . . in the splash an http address
shows fast to where the b43 driver can be found . . . can't read it.
Forgive my ignorance, but would that show up where? xorg.0.log???

Might come in handy to have wifi back in the iBook . . . .
