Lubuntu dark panel icons do not show up in LXQt

I have a working LXQt thing but the icons not showing up is more of an artwork issue is that the Lubuntu dark panel icon theme is not really working in LXQt for testing it out and does not show LXQt system settings. Does anyone else experience this? Not sure if this is an upstream LXQt issue.
