<Fn><F2> and <Fn><Fn><F3> without effect

On my laptop, xbacklight is not installed... Brightness control works out
of the box.

You can change your shortcuts on:
*/home/USER_NAME/.config/openbox/lubuntu-rc.xml*

After saving the file, you can test your modifications without restarting
the system with:

*$ openbox --restart*
