Lubuntu Via Remote Desktop

Installed NoMachine on Lubuntu 14.04 and OS X 10.6.8 on another machine,
both version 4.2.22. Can connect from Linux to Mac but not the other way
round. Got no ports forwarded in both cases.

What is the cause?
