This has taught me a lot.

I admit. I was blind when I was contributing to Lubuntu for 2 year. I've 
ignored all the voices that were trying to explain what I just did. When 
you fall in love, you be blind. Then, when I left and started to poke 
other challenges and started to deal with real hardware myself and I can 
assure to anyone that I have learned a lot and have seen what I haven't 
ever seen in my entire life before. Each machine, new story. You can't 
imagine that unless you try it yourself.

That said, being honest and accurate with users is a high priority and 
false hopes shouldn't be given no matter what.
