mkusb version 8.2

Hi fellow Lubuntu users,

Here is a preview of mkusb version 8.2.

The file selection is running dialog's file selector in text screen and
zenity's file selector in graphical DE. After debugging, and some other
minor tweaks, I think it is ready, and you can test it before it is
uploaded to phillw.net.
