Ubuntu 13.04 (Raring Ringtail) reaches End of Life on January

The other alternative to 'sudo apt-get dist-upgrade' is 'sudo
do-release-upgrade'.

'sudo dist-upgrade' can be programmed into a shell script, while 'sudo
do-release-upgrade' can't. This is useful for those like me who forget
(or would rather not) abruptly upgrade to the next release.
