10 Steps to install Japanese on Lubuntu 13.10

Hi Lubuntu community,

A neighbor of mine, after installing Lubuntu 13.10 on her machine [1], 
she asked me how to install Japanese language. Well, let's say I miss 
the old golden days and back to my old habit ;)
