I put all this at the startup app:

exec /usr/bin/gnome-keyring-daemon --start --components=ssh
exec gnome-keyring-daemon --start --components=gpg
exec /usr/lib/at-spi2-core/at-spi-bus-launcher --launch-immediately
exec /usr/bin/gnome-keyring-daemon --start --components=pkcs11
exec /usr/lib/policykit-1-gnome/polkit-gnome-authentication-agent-1
exec /usr/bin/gnome-keyring-daemon --start --components=secrets
exec /bin/sh -c '[ -d "$HOME/Ubuntu One" ] && ubuntuone-launch'

This will ensure to launch every pass key and U1 at startup, so no
additional password is requiered.
