Ketboard switch in Lubuntu 14.10

Hi list. It appears that Lubuntu team switched yet again the way how keyboard layout work in new Lubuntu.
Anyway, I can't figure out how to switch between Russian and English with Alt+Shift shortcut. What has been done so far.
I right clicked on keyboard symbol in right lower corner, added Russian keyboard in "Input Methods" and got to general tab
where you have an option to assign key combination for a keyboard's swith. Selected Alt and Shift but nothing happens. Any clues? Google serch points to bunch of outdated info. Thanks
