Hi,
Holding down shift after the BIOS will bring up the GRUB menu.
I didn't realize escape worked as well... good to know!

Also, were there other updates as well?  There may have been something
else that may have caused problems.  If you need any other assistance
feel free to let us know, or if you want help trying to figure out what
went wrong you can ask us.  There are a lot of people here that are
willing to help!
