Non-pae version of lubuntu 14.04

Hi,

The non-pae version of lubuntu 14.04 is now available for testing. Whilst
it is a community release, it will be supported as an LTS. What is now
needed is for some people with non-pae machines to check it works okay on
actual hardware... There's only so much testing that can be done using
virtual machines. Head over to http://phillw.net/isos/non-pae/

 to grab the ISO. The plan is to have it shadow lubuntu releases (i.e.
14.04.1, 14.04.2 etc).
