apt-get : The following signatures couldn't be verified

I'm getting the errors below when using either the Swedish or Finnish
repositories.  I haven't tested others.  Is there something wrong on my
end that needs to be cleaned up?  The system has locked up several times
when in the middle of installing packages, could that have something to
do with the errors?

I've tried "apt-get -f update" but that has the same result.
