I don't think you need to worry about disclosing you use other versions 
of Ubuntu.  A lot of us do the same.

I, in particular, use almost every Ubuntu version, including Xubuntu and 
UbuntuStudio (which uses the XFCE desktop).  The software I develop has 
to work on all of them.
