If I understood correctly,

you can disable autostart applications manually with a text editor.
The graphical application (a.k.a "Default applications for LXSession →
Autostart") has a lack on this. Is not listing all the startup
applications, but only what you've added.


It reads and writes from/to  ~/.config/lxsession/Lubuntu/autostart ,
file.
