Yes and No :)

While it is true that anyone can create endless number of accounts with
whatever 'name' he/she choose BUT when there is a Community -
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Community - and 'one of this very community'
steps in, take the burden to create something for 'this community' and
share the login username and password with interested people from that very
community, I see no reason to hold them back to call that account
<CommunityName_Official> :)

The 'official' words has been used, exactly, to show the difference and
prevent anyone else to create an account and claims that account is the
official account. We are a group of volunteers, we are not getting paid, we
do what we do because we love it. WHY everything on Lubuntu must be
complicated and hard to be understood?

Sorry, but I had to disagree with your opinion. However, I fully respect it
because I do believe in: "Disagree but do not Disrespect" :)

I usually follow active accounts with useful posts ;)
