Contacting Lubuntu

I've been following various threads on this list about ways to contact/get support for Lubuntu. I really think this is turning into a maze of different and conflicting methods of asking simple or complex questions. I think most users appreciate simplicity, after all, that's why we choose Lubuntu. There are mailing lists, Wiki's (whatever they are), Twitter accounts, Facebook pages, Google+ circles, Brainstorming sessions, & I can't remember what other methods you have. Please just keep it simple!!
