[Lubuntu-qa] Desktop Pager Settings unavailable?

If I right-click on the pager, it comes up with a menu item for
'"Desktop Pager" Settings.  It's that menu item that is not working.
When the menu is open, I don't notice anything extra open with "ps",
which package should the bug be filed against?
