creating a usb live cd how to

I have just completed my How to create usb flash disk,  by creating one
using unetbootin and the new lubuntu iso image

please feel free to use the screenshots / text etc, (the text probably
needs some work though) within any lubuntu documentation e.g the new
14.04 manual.
