Lubuntu fake-PAE installed system image file for Lubuntu 13.10 Saucy Salamander

I meant it would be nice to have a tarball with lubuntu-core instead of the
full lubuntu-desktop system.
I have a no-pae flag laptop and I prefer a minimal lubuntu-core system to
which I can add things I need.
