upgrading 12.10 to 13.04

Hi Jonathan,

Well, if my sister cancelled out the upgrade it must affect some people?
Scary warning messages that can be ignored are not really 'user friendly'
:) I, for one, had also never seen that warning before and had to ask about
it.
