OK amjjawad,

Good job finding that :-) So you are affected by a two year old bug
(reported 2011-02-17)?! I did not expect that. That bug is independent
of the browser. I admit that it is 'worse' than a bloated web page!

In that case I guess it is a bug in Facebook's code on the web page or
the Javascript engine. (I don't know exactly how it works.)
