I can name 3 right off hand.

  * my-weather-indicator- which can be added from Launchpad-

  * fast forecast- not the prettiest but it works and uses no

  * Stormcloud- not free as in speech or beer but probably the
    prettiest- https://apps.ubuntu.com/cat/applications/stormcloud/
