Consequences for Lubuntu of Ubuntu's changes

There is a possible and simple answer : we will wait after 13.04 to
discuss this, because :
- We have a release to do
- Discussions are still in progress, let's wait and see what will be
decided after the 13.04 release.

I already have some ideas and plans in my pocket, but no need to
elaborate them until the discussion is over.
