Hi,
May I suggest to go back to our weekly meetings? [1] or at least two
meetings per month?
May I also suggest to do that online as a video conference approach just
like the UDS meetings?
IMHO, depending purely on the mailing list is a waste of time.
YES, I'm aware of the advantages of the mailing list, no need to explain
that to me :D
What we all need to be aware of that:
1- Mailing List Discussions are slower in time
2- Most of the time, go off-topic
3- Confusing sometime
4- Some issues end up without solution which means that issue will be
raised yet again later on
Needless to add more :)
This is just a suggestion. NOT a must. The Mailing List is and will remain
the basic tool for communcation and the most used one, no doubt about it.
As the subject says: Improving The Team Commutations
So, this is all about it :)
Thanks!
