Now, if you can do the same video but with top and/or htop showing what is
going on :)

I see your machine is not old, it has large RAM ;) :D
But all in all, looks like these effects are so light and didn't make any
difference but in order for everyone to confirm, please, run "top" and/or
"htop" :)
