OBApps

I searched https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Lubuntu/Documentation for
information on OBApps because
http://sourceforge.net/apps/mediawiki/obapps/index.php?title=Main_Pagedoesn't
have much. The ReadMe that is part of the tar is very brief.

Could someone please provide a link to a write-up on OBApps aimed at a
non-technical user especially because the program is not available as a
.deb file.
