LxKeymap - Make Changes defintive

Interesting... configuring ~/.config/lxsession/Lubuntu/autostart works, but
only with Shift+Ctrl, and if @lxkeymap --autostart is not on the last line
of the file...

on /etc/xdg/lxsession/Lubuntu/autostart @lxkeymap --autostart makes no
difference!

If, after log in I type lxkeymap --autostart on lxterminal, works fine...
Both lxpanel app and the shortcut
