LxKeymap - Make Changes defintive

I would like to know, if there is anything I can set, to make the apply
behavior of lxkeymap permanent on log in and log out?
Searching the web, I found this video from Leszek:

The version matches with mine one 13.04. I found that when I click apply on
lxkeymp, I can use the shortcut Shift+Ctrl to switch between configured
layouts, and also is possible to switch clicking on my Layout Keyboard
Handler app on lxpanel.
When I log out, this function vanishes. Is there anything I can do, to
bypass, or I some improvements on lxkeymap is required?
