Lubuntu alternative sessions script

Yeah, if the only thing this dock does is offering launcher, lxpanel does
better... Lxpanel does not have the bouncing effect, but has a opacity
config that looks like the "fake transparency" when overlaying a window...

It's quite ugly when overlapping windows, but when used as a fixed panel,
no problem at all!
