CNC under Lubuntu (was Lubuntu alternative sessions script)

Pete,

I don't know if it can generate CNC files but if you need a
professional grade CAD, free for personal use and cheap for
professional have a look here:

http://www.3ds.com/products/draftsight/overview/

Is a clone of Autocad, I mean it's the same thing. Even the key
commands are the same. Last time I tried it was just 2D, don't know if
now is 3D too. And a product from 3ds is a warranty of quality. It's
not open, but give it a try.
