I am the founder of Start Ubuntu but we operate this as a team so I'd
appreciate if you please take a look at:

Follow the steps of HOWTO join and and if you have any Q, I'm at your
service.

Everything is explained on that link. We use another mailing list to
discuss specific points of the project and we do use this mailing list for
general topic about Start Ubuntu.
