Hi,

If I may suggest, I would strongly recommend to get involved [1] with
Lubuntu, get deeper inside the system, have a closer look, etc ... this
will increase your experience, improve your skills, etc.

There is a known saying: "instead of creating a new system, why not improve
the current one?"

I'm not against creating your own distribution (if I understood your Q
correctly). Yet again, what exactly you are looking for? same as the
previous Q by wxl :)
