[Lubuntu-comms] Two New Channels for Lubuntu :)

Hi Chris,

I hope that as Ali gets back to 100% fit he does not over do things
(again). And, yes, I do think using an already existing group on G+ does
make sense, there is no point in duplication of effort and my chat with
them was very positive. I'm sure that thier teams' mods would agree that
signing the CoC would be a logical step to enable them to have the
'official' banner.
