Lubuntu 13.04: mysterious occurrence of icons appearing to be dragged

Nice  when solved with PCManFM. But, what about Nautilus? Maybe it loads at
startup the same way PCManFM does. But it's okay, it's not "our" problem.
And my very old computer is doing more weird things, so I'm sure it's
failing almost everything.

Nice scientific isolation of the issue, good work!
