Using "Lubuntu" name for my own business?

The link jumbles up trademark, patents and copyright, but down in the
trademark section, Lubuntu is conspicuously missing.  I guess Ali would
have to contact Canonical as to who actually holds the trademark on the
name Lubuntu?
