Lubuntu Staging PPA

Hi Ronnie,

The staging area is not really used now as the updates go in via the "usual
route". i.e. into debian, then into ubuntu repos. For the areas that are
not yet added fully there is a non-official ppa which holds things like
lubuntu-tweaks, xombrero etc. It is available at
https://launchpad.net/~lubuntu-dev/+archive/non-official-apps

The unstable area (with a link to stable) for lxde and lubuntu is at
https://launchpad.net/~gilir/+archive/lubuntu But, it is for testing only!
