Did anyone refile bug for Flash Player shows green/purple in compressed window?

Sorry I didn't explained this correctly. You had to use the TearFree 
option with the SNA acceleration, not UXA. In case that this option will 
fix flash player's glitches. If by adding the TearFree option you face 
any freeze/crash, then you must add the parameter in grub 
(i915.semaphores=1). No xorg.conf file is needed, and the 20-intel.conf 
inside /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/ should read (contents)

Section "Device"
    Identifier  "Intel Graphics"
    Driver      "intel"
    Option      "AccelMethod"  "sna"
    Option      "TearFree"    "true"

Try it and see the results..
