It's not possible. Trust me that it's reduced to its maximum. But Openbox
cannot change mouse function onto resize without a grip zone. Try to
compare the grip zone (the amount of pixels where the mouse pointer can
grab a border) of a lateral side and the grip zone of the bottom.

In fact, we had an issue because the grip handler was too little. There're
opinions for everything :)
