I have a problem

Hi Everybody

I have a problem. I an dual-boot a Inspiron Mini Dell using Lubuntu 12.04 and it is got something wrong with the video drivers,,, I think.

It boot up with about half way on the screen and it is weird in the actions.
It is even this way in the Live CD 

I tried Ubuntu 12.04 live and that was just fine.

I have another full size Dell computer that has Lubuntu on it and it works fine.

Can someone give me something I can look at?
