Tunneling Chromium over X

I've noticed a quirk with Chromium.  If I have Chromium open on a
machine (A) and then tunnel to that machine (ssh -X) from another (B)
and try to run a second instance of Chromium, it opens a second window
on that machine (A) instead of opening a window on the other machine
(B).  If I am not already running Chromium, then the tunneling opens a
window on the other (B) machine.

Is this worth a bug report?
