chromium-browser and disk usage

Lately when running chromium on an x86, it seems like the disk is
running constantly.  It seems like it might be swap.  Changing the
swappiness of the system from 60 to 10 as recommended [1] seems to
have fixed this.  Since Lubuntu is fairly successful in its aims to be
a low system requirement distro, maybe we could consider using 10 as
the default instead of 60.

How are other people's experience of chromium-browser?
