Removal of 'Open as Root' option in PCmanFM

Well that being said I guess it can't be used as the default which I
think really stinks... The regular ubuntu software center is way to
heavy for lubuntu,,, lubuntu software center feels thrown together and
lets face it the basket thing is confusing to most "new users"
considering we are so concerned about them to the point that they
are thinking of getting rid of "open as root" option in pcmanfm.
its nice to find a software center that new users can use and
understand immediately but also that its actually lighter the LSC..
regardless of what happens by default,, my users, on my lubuntu systems
will be getting deepin software center everytime.
