PCManFM - Copying Java '.jar' Files in Lubuntu 12.10

That seems like strange behavior. Not being in front of my machine, what
happens? Also if you run PCManFM in terminal, does it produce any errors
(or any interesting/relevant output) when you try to do the copy in the
GUI?
