Download links on lubuntu.net point to 12.03 not 12.10

All:

I have successfully upgraded three of my Lubuntu 12.04 machines to
12.10, and am overall pleasantly surprised with how well it went. I
only had one minor problem, and all the upgraded systems have gone
through verification testing successfully.

The only problem I encountered, was when upgrading my minimum system (a
450 megahertz HP-Vectra, with a 1024 x 768 monitor), I expanded the list
of packages that were going to be removed to check if something I needed
(like qjackctl) was in the list. The list looked good, but when I went
to continue with the upgrade, I discovered that the buttons to click-on
for continuing, were off the bottom of the screen, and there was no way
to get them back!

Finally, after several minutes of trying, I gave up, and closed the
upgrade window. Fortunately, it wasn't too far into the process, so I
didn't lose too much time because of this problem.

I am very pleased with this new level. Good work, all!
