Release notes for 12.10 - some known problems with video drivers

It doesn't seem to be Lubuntu specific. Any chance to test it with an Ubuntu ISO ? If it's reproducible, we need a bug report for each driver, and to notice the release team so they can add the bug reports to the common release notes.
