Hi Paul,

as lubuntu is now an official release, it will be out the same second that
Kate, from release team, announces that 12.10 for all flavours is released
(Hint, await the notification, news groups like to pre-announce stuff
whilst the servers across the world are being sync'ed and you could end up
with the wrong version).
