This happens when somebody changes something in the GTK3 libraries, like happened in 12.04, or when changed some definitions on Unico engines (the one used by Lubuntu and Ubuntu), also happened in 12.04 again after my corrections (you can imagine my face).
Now it's solved. Unico and GTK3 are "stable" now and the theme is corrected. We'll update the PPAs soon to solve this. So, don't worry. I know it's annoying, but it has been polished.
