Artwork for Lubuntu 12.10 - Gtk3 apps

Hi all,

I noticed that some applications in Lubuntu 12.10 have black borders around buttons and other components, and I find it not really aesthetic. I guess it only affects gtk3 applications. So bug or not bug ?
